The Dawson Creek & District Chamber of Commerce appoint a new Executive Director
The Dawson Creek & District Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the appointment of the successful candidate for Executive Director, Duncan Malkinson, effective February 3, 2023.
Malkinson grew up in Dawson Creek and has been involved with many community groups over the years, including most recently as the Executive Director of the Dawson Creek Art Gallery. He has many years experience in local government and community leadership roles which, alongside his educational background, make him an ideal candidate to carry on the important advocacy and community engagement work the Chamber prides itself on.
“Duncan’s proven leadership, experience and commitment to his community has impressed the Board, and we look forward to working with him on the continued prosperity of the Chamber”, said Chris Richards, Board President.
Malkinson will continue to work with the Dawson Creek Art Gallery alongside his role as Executive Director of the Chamber.
